Ok, so here’s the deal. I don’t consider myself “the best writer ever” — that’s wild, and I doubt such a writer exists. I’m constantly changing; this blog’s writing style and aesthetic will evolve with me as I find new ways to share my story. 

When I started brainstorming names for this blog, my best friend shared his ideas; all his suggestions included infinite or journey. He said, “I felt like playing around with the concept of you traveling and exploring the world. You have an infinity tattoo; the name should celebrate the fact that despite the highs and lows of your journey, you are forever growing with love.” 

My emotions for positive and negative experiences can be so overwhelming — they now have a place to live. I process my thoughts when I express myself creatively in my journal, with my therapist, or with you. Chisme Con Carla is my space to practice self-love; I hope it inspires you to do the same.
